Everybody should know and respect the rules that FISI (Italian Winter Sports Federation) has always recomended:

1. Respect for the others
Every skier must not put others in danger or provoke harm.

2. Speed and behaviour masterdom
Every skier must keep speed and behaviour according to his own ability and to weather conditions.

3. Choosing directions
Skiers that follow, having the dominant position, and having the possibility to choose his direction, must choose a way so to avoid collision with the skier below him.

4. Overtake
Overtake can be done mountaing-side as much as valley-side, to the left as much as to the right, as long as a proper distance is kept in order to allow the other skier's evolutions.

5. Crossing intersections
Skier entering a slope or crossing a training field, must make sure, through visual check mountain-side and valley-side, to be able to do it in full safety for himself and the others.

6. Stopping
Skiers must avoid, unless absolutly necessary, halting on the slopes expecially in narrow passages or in passages without visibility. In case of fall the skier must free the slope as quick as possible.

7. Climbing the slope
Skier who climb up the slope must do so only on the sides of the slope and must keep far from them in case of low visibility. Same goes for who walks down the slope.

8. Respecting the signals
Everybody must respect slope's signals and warnings.

9. In case of accident
Everybody must help the rescue of an accident.

10. Identification
Everybody involved in an accident or is a witness of one, must identify himself.
